Diary and policies

Insurance, precept, audit and policy dates — held per council.

Many clerks look after more than one parish. Council A’s insurance may fall due in May, Council B’s in August. Clerk Assist keeps those dates on a calendar for each council, turns them into a task, and can drop a draft item onto the next agenda.

The year on a calendar

A clerk with two or three councils does not fail at meetings. They fail when a date lives in one head. The toolkit holds the year for each council separately and shows them together.

Policies without a Sunday in Word

Council name and dates filled, PDF generated, review date dropped onto the diary and a draft agenda. You still vote. Standing orders and finance regs stay current without rewriting the same file.

This is one of the ten toolkits: the year itself. Website firms do not keep your insurance month. Accounts packages do not put a policy review on next month’s agenda.
